THE COMPANY

Sidex is on the market since 1987, and is based on the wide experience accrued by the owners in years of activity in the sector of special steels; today it’s an agile and flexible company capable to offer to its clients the right expertise and reliability needed to face a market that becomes more competent and demanding every day.

We supply and transform a wide range of special steels, which are then distributed in Italy and abroad, mainly within Europe and the Mediterranean Area, both directly and through a representative foreign office in Greece.

Thanks to a group of trained collaborators and to highly selected production partners, we are able to offer the correct solution to choices of provisioning of special steels, seeing to all stages of the work, from the selection and transformation of raw material to quality control, to the delivery of the finished product and the assistance in the after-sale.

Our core business is surely the supply of special steels in round bars, both hot (rolled and forged) and cold rolled (drawn, peeled, ground).

In addition to bars, we have developed during the years the possibility to supply strips in coils or sheets, plates both in commercial dimensions and any profile upon drawing, mechanical and construction tubes, drilling pipes as well as piling tubes and piling sheets, and a wide range of finished products, such as any kind of shafts, gears and precision racks, and more in general all sorts of mass-produced machined parts, whose execution is committed to our main and most qualified clients.

We mean to be a real strategic partner, as an alternative to the traditional role played by the simple retail commerce of steel materials.
